In the Algarve there are 4 main areas for rock climbing.These range from the deep water soloing at Ponta Garcia and Ingrinia to the amazing sea cliffs of Sagres.Then you have the superb sport climbing areas of Sagres and Rocha da Pena.

All the areas are within easy reach of all the main tourist towns. There are many more minor areas and many more new areas in development.
